CD-ROM, Recordable and Rewriteable Drives Updated March 29, 2002

A few definitions first:

Bare Drive means just that... no software, SCSI card, cable or blank disc(s).

Kit for PC means drive, software, 1 x blank CD-Recordable disk and 1 x blank CD-RW disc. The specific software software varies between kits and, occasionally, between deliveries. If the specifics of the software is an issue please ask.*Nero Burning ROM software is available for $30 extra in kits, replacing other software thay may have normally been included.

Kit for Macintosh means drive, Adaptec Toast CD mastering software, 1 x blank CD-Recordable disk and 1 x blank CD-RW disc.

SCSI kits do not include a SCSI card as standard. PCI, ISA and PCMCIA SCSI cards are available at additional cost. Internal and external SCSI cables also available separately.

Warranty on all drives is 1 year. All warranty claims require that drives be returned to us (you pay cost of transport to us.). Note that signs of apparent external damage (dents, etc.) will void warranty, so make sure you ship product with adequate packaging, and consider insurance. We then arrange for repair or replacement and return the product to you at our cost.
